Work Flow

Navigate to Inventory → Reporting → Stock Card Valuation to access the report wizard.
Configure filters: Select Month or Date Range, choose Product Category or specific products.
Customize Header Color and Text Color in Settings to match your company branding.
Enable Pages option to create separate sheets/pages for each product.
Click Preview for instant view, Print Excel for detailed export, or Print PDF for professional documents.

Click Preview to view real-time stock valuation summary with opening/closing balances and total movements.
Use pagination controls to navigate through products and export directly from the preview screen.

The Summary List View displays all products in an interactive table with opening balance, total movements, and closing values.
Use the search bar to filter products by code, name, or category. Click View Details to see individual stock movements.

Click View Details on any product to open the detailed movement history with all stock transactions.
