Overview
The Creyox SurveyMonkey Integration module connects Odoo 15.0 (and multiple versions through to 19.0) with SurveyMonkey via both API and webhooks, creating a two-directional data bridge between the two platforms. On the setup side, administrators configure SurveyMonkey credentials directly from Odoo Settings under Company to obtain an access token. Once connected, surveys can be pulled into Odoo manually on demand or automatically on a configured schedule via a Scheduled Action whichever suits the team's operating rhythm. On the live data side, webhooks handle everything in real time. The module supports creating webhooks for new survey creation, response completion, survey updates, and survey deletions so any change or activity in SurveyMonkey is reflected in Odoo immediately without waiting for a scheduled sync. Survey responses captured through webhooks are accessible directly in Odoo under Survey → Questions & Answers → Survey Monkey Record, where teams can view all surveys and their responses in one place. The module also supports image-based multiple choice questions and bulk management of multiple surveys, making it suitable for organisations running complex or high-volume survey operations. Both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions are supported.

- Navigate to Technical >> Scheduled Actions >> Get all surveys from Survey Monkey to get survey for SurveyMonkey manually.
