Welcome to Token Stack (the "App"), developed by Creyox Technologies. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your business data remains completely confidential. Token Stack is designed as an offline-first POS (Point of Sale), token generation, and thermal receipt printing application.
We do not collect, upload, or store your business transactions, customer records, or sales data on any remote servers. All your operational data stays strictly on your device.
1. Information We Store Locally
To provide offline POS and token printing functionality, the App stores the following information locally on your device in a secure SQLite database:
- Catalog & Product Data: Items, product names, categories, and pricing.
- Token & Order Records: Token numbers, ordered items (item name, quantity, price, notes), total bill amount, order status, and timestamps.
- Business Profile: Your shop name, phone number, address, receipt header/footer notes, and custom logo image.
- Printer Configuration: Saved Bluetooth printer MAC addresses, Wi-Fi/Network printer IP addresses, and paper width settings (58mm / 80mm).
2. Device Permissions and How They Are Used
The App requests only the necessary permissions required to communicate with thermal printers and display receipts:
- Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_SCAN): Used solely to discover, connect to, and send ESC/POS print commands directly to your external Bluetooth thermal printer.
- Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Required by the Android operating system (Android 11 and lower) strictly to scan for nearby Bluetooth devices. We do not track, record, or share your GPS location.
- Local Network / Wi-Fi (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE): Used to send print data to Network/LAN thermal printers on your local network (port 9100) and to serve advertisements via Google AdMob in the free tier.
- Photos / Media (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Used only when you choose to select a business logo or item picture from your device gallery to print on receipts.
3. Data Storage and Security
All your business records and receipt configurations are stored strictly within your device's isolated application sandbox using SQLite. Because Token Stack operates offline, your business data is never sent over the internet to our servers. Direct printing over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is peer-to-peer within your physical premises.
4. Third-Party Services
The App integrates standard third-party services for advertising and optional in-app upgrades:
- Google AdMob: The free version displays banner ads served by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect anonymous device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) and diagnostic data according to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through your Android device's Google settings.
- Google Play In-App Billing: If you choose to purchase the optional "Remove Ads" upgrade, the transaction is handled securely by Google Play Billing. Creyox Technologies does not collect, receive, or store your credit card or financial details.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
You have full control over your data. All transactions and settings remain on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. If you wish to delete all stored data, you can clear the App's storage via Android Settings → Apps → Token Stack → Storage → Clear Data or simply uninstall the App.
6. Children's Privacy
Token Stack is a commercial point-of-sale utility intended for business owners, counter staff, and retail operators. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
