Summary: Batch Delivery Manager is an enterprise utility designed for delivery drivers. The application communicates directly with your configured Odoo ERP server to manage batch transfers, verify delivery items, record customer signatures, capture delivery photos, and record GPS coordinates for proof of delivery. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third-party advertisers.
1. Information We Collect and Use
The application only accesses and processes data strictly necessary to fulfill delivery workflows:

2. How Your Data Is Transferred and Stored
All data captured by the application (including delivery status, recipient signatures, proof photos, and GPS timestamps) is transmitted directly to your organization's configured Odoo ERP server over secure encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
- No delivery data, photos, or credentials are sent to Creyox Technologies servers or any unauthorized third party.
- Data storage, retention, and access permissions are managed directly by your organization's Odoo ERP administrator.
3. Third-Party Services and Analytics
Batch Delivery Manager does not include third-party advertising frameworks, behavioral trackers, or data-broker SDKs. The app may interact with device-native mapping apps (such as Apple Maps or Google Maps) solely to provide driving directions when explicitly requested by the user.
4. Data Retention and Security
We prioritize the security of your information:
- Credentials stored on the local device are secured using platform-standard storage.
- Transmitted data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols.
- Data retention schedules and deletion policies are governed by the hosting enterprise's Odoo server policies.
5. User Rights and Data Control
Drivers and delivery recipients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their delivery records and signatures by contacting their enterprise logistics administrator or employer managing the Odoo instance.
