The Odoo-Chargebee module is designed to integrate Chargebee with Odoo ERP. This integration allows seamless synchronization of data between the two systems, including products, invoices, and customers. Synchronizes Odoo products with Chargebee as items. Associates products with item families in Chargebee. Synchronizes invoices from Chargebee into Odoo. Supports automatic creation of invoices in Odoo with correct pricing and payments. Retrieves credit notes associated with Chargebee invoices and creates corresponding credit notes in Odoo.

Work Flow
- Navigate to chargebee configuration there you will find new then create a configuration with correct details.
- Then click on >> test connection button to test your successful connection.
- Additionally you can see the help full feature which shows the record creation date and last update date.
- After filling correct details and tested a successful connection you have to click on sync chargebee currencies button. this operation will fetch the currencies records from chargebee and create a records in odoo.
- Then by clicking on sync chargebee customers on the customers page your chargebee customers will be created inside the odoo.
- Also you may apply the auto scheduled which will automatically sync the customers from the chargebee and at the below you can see the customers logs also which will help you to manage the records.
- Then navigate to >> base import page there you will find item families & items button.
- By clicking on item families button all the item families from chargebee will be fatched and created inside the menu called chargebee item families.
- By just scrolling down on that configuration page you can see the logs for item families & items.
- Additionally you can directly export the products from odoo to chargebee.
- Again navigate to chargebee configuration menu and go on the taxes page where you can see sync taxes button.
- By clicking on sync taxes button the taxes from chargebee will be fatched and created inside the odoo tax.
- Again navigate to chargebee configuration menu and go on the invoice page where you can see sync invoice & sync credit note button.
- By clicking on sync credit note button the credit note from chargebee will be fatched and created inside the odoo credit notes.
- By clicking on sync invoice button the invoice from chargebee will be fatched and created inside the odoo invoice.
- After clicking on sync invoice you can see your payments will be fatched from chargebee against the relative invoice and marked as paid automatically.
- Additionally you can directly export the customers from odoo to chargebee.
