The Advance MRP Costing and Total Accounting Solution module in Odoo is an advanced tool designed to manage the full accounting and costing processes within the Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system. This module seamlessly manufacturing and accounting features, offering a robust solution for businesses to accurately track and manage production costs at every stage.

The module provides advanced costing capabilities, allowing businesses to monitor direct and indirect costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead, throughout the production process. Working Flow

• User need to navigate to Manufacturing >> Configuration there user will have a menu Overhead Type.
• User can create these Overhead Type and assign to particular product as per preference.

• User can see count of product that has the Overhead Type set.

• User can also see count of Bill of Material and Manufacturing Order created for the product having particular Overhead Type.

• User can view all the product that has the Overhead Type set by clicking on smart button Overhead Items.

• Navigate to Manufacturing >> Products >> Products or Product Variants and assign the Overhead Type to product as per the preference.
• NOTE: The Product Type need to be changed to Service only then Overhead Type will be visible.

• Further user need to navigate to Manufacturing >> Products >> Bill of Material and select any order.
• Here user will see a page Variable Overhead there user need to add the Overhead Items and based it the calculation will be done.
• Here user also see the field Total Overhead Cost in Variable Overhead page and also Total Material Cost field in Components page.

• User can easily identify the costing of the Bill Of Material with the Variable Overhead added from the Costing page in Bill Of Material.

• Navigating to Manufacturing >> Operations >> BOM Overhead Details user can access the Overhead Details related to Bill Of Material.

• From BOM Overhead Details user can see and analyse the Overhead Items related details using Pivot & Graph view and groupby related to BOM and Variable Overhead.

• User can print the PDF report for the Bill of Material with Material & Overhead Details from Products >> Bill Of Material select orders from list view or select any particular order and hit Print >> BOM Material And Overhead Cost.

• Navigating to Manufacturing >> Operations >> Manufacturing Order user will create a manufacturing order with the product that has the BOM with Variable Overhead set.
• Here in manufacturing order user will see a page Variable Overhead where the records set in BOM of particular product will be automatically set.

• Here use can easily identify the statistic of costing by seeing the Costing page.

• Similarly like BOM Overhead Details Navigating to Manufacturing >> Operations >> MRP Overhead Details user can access the Overhead Details related to Manufacturing Order.
• Also user can see and analyse the Overhead Items related details using Pivot & Graph view and groupby related to MRP and Variable Overhead.

• On confirming the Manufacturing Order.

• User can print the PDF report for the Manufacturing Orders with Material & Overhead Details from Products >> Manufacturing Orders select orders from list view or select any particular order and hit Print >> then the Report that is required from the following: MRP Material Overhead Cost, MRP Deviation & MRP Estimate Cost.

• User can see the journal entries created for the main product & variable overhead from particular Manufacturing Order smart buttons Main Product Journal Entries & Variable Overhead Journal Entries.

• User can see the journal entries created for the main product & variable overhead from Invoicing >> Configuration >> Journals >> Inventory Valuation.

• User can Unbuild the product by creating a unbuild order from Manufacturing >> Operations >> Unbuild Orders.
• There user will see Unbuild Components page with manufacturing order components & Variable Overhead page with the variable overhead items along with the Costing.

• When user clicks on Unbuild button, the unbuild order state will be hanged to Done and Journal Entries for the Main Product & Variable Overhead will be created which can be accessed by click on the smart buttons Unbuild Move Journal Entries & Unbuild Overhead Journal Entries.

• User can also access the journal entries from Invoicing >> Configuration >> Journal Entries.

• Further user can create a sale order with a kit product and confirm the sale order will generate a Delivery with the sale order state as Sale Order.

• Further clicking on Delivery smart button, user will see a page Kit Picking that has the details related to kit product along with Delivered Quantity, Delivered Price, Quantity Deviation & Deviation Price and the stock picking record state as Ready and buttons Print Kit Delivery Slip & Update Quantity Of Kit.

• Further clicking on Update Quantity Of Kit button, user will see a wizard asking quantity and clicking on Update button will update the quantity of kit product in sale order line & Kit Picking page.

• Further clicking on Validate button, will validate the picking for the kit product changing state to Done and Delivered Quantity & Delivered Price with the data of Quantity Deviation & Deviation Price.

• Also, smart buttons Kit Product Journal Entries & BOM Variable Overhead Journal Entries will be visible from which user can access the journal entries.

• User can also access the journal entries from Invoicing >> Configuration >> Journal Entries.

• When user click on Print Kit Delivery Slip it will generate the PDF report with Kit Picking details.

• User can access the Kit Picking record details from Manufacturing >> Operations >> Stock Kit Picking with the List, Pivot & Graph.
