Work Flow
- Navigate to Settings >> Users & Companies >> companies there you can configure SurveyMonkey with your credentials and get the access token.
- To Get Surveys from SurveyMonkey In Odoo
- Navigate to Technical >> Scheduled Actions >> Get all surveys from Survey Monkey to get survey for SurveyMonkey manually.
- To Get Survey Automatic It can be done Automatically in given timespan in Action Details.
- In SurveyMonkey, you can create surveys containing various questions. Once a survey is configured,this information automatically or you can do it manually.
- Navigate to Technical >> Scheduled Actions >> Get all surveys from Survey Monkey to get survey for SurveyMonkey manually.
- To Get Survey Automatic It can be done Automatically in given timespan in Action Details.
- Navigate to Survey >> Questions & Answers>>Survey Monkey Record here you can find all survey from SurveyMonkey .
- Click on Sync Survey to sync the survey with SurveyMonkey .
- Navigate to Survey >> Surveys Here, you can see the surveys and their associated questions that have been captured and synchronized from SurveyMonkey.
- In SurveyMonkey, the survey responses captured from your surveys.
- Click on Create Survey Response to create survey Response of survey in odoo .
- Here, you can see the response of survey captured and synchronized from SurveyMonkey.
- Navigate to Settings >> Users & Companies >> companies Click on Create SurveyMonkey Webhook.
- This will Create webhook to sync survey from SurveyMonkey to odoo when new survey is created
- Navigate to Settings >> Users & Companies >> companies Click on Create SurveyMonkey all other Webhook.
- This will Create webhook to sync survey from SurveyMonkey to odoo for Following process :
- Survey Updated
- Response Completed
- Survey Deleted
- Navigate to Survey >> Questions & Answers>>Webhook records here you can find all webhook created for SurveyMonkey .
- Navigate to Survey >> Questions & Answers>>Survey monkey record here you can find all survey, its response from SurveyMonkey which are created Through webhook .
